His experience lies with the structuring and preparation of agreements, legal opinions, and other legal documentations concerning company establishment, company dissolution and liquidation, legal due diligence of various companies, merger and acquisition, joint venture, joint operation, debt and corporate restructuring, and also bond issuance. He also handles farm and fishery, telecommunications, property and construction, manufacturing, industry, and employment matters.

Before founding A&B Attorneys at Law, Adam has extensive experience as legal counsel, initiated as associate with Bahar, Tjajo & Partners, then Melli Darsa & Co., and MUC Consulting Group. During his work in the firms, he handled various transactions conducted by certain state owned companies, multinational companies, and celebrated national companies. His experience is strengthened by his background as legal analyst of hukumonline, the most popular legal data and analysis provider in Indonesia.

He gained his Law Degree from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. He is member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA). He is active as speaker and trainer in various seminars, training, and workshops. He also has attended international networking conferences in many countries, various training programs, colloquia, and seminars in the fields of corporate and commercial issues, foreign investment, and trade. He speaks fluent English and Indonesian.

Bayu Permana has wide experience in handling mining, energy, natural resources, and foreign investment structuring. His experience lies with providing advice and counsel on company establishment, expatriates matters, asset disposal, investment expansion, and acquisition. He is also active handling transactions in the field of broadcasting, forestry, plantation, port, and export-import. He is also capable in negotiation and conducting alternative dispute resolution.

Before founding A&B Attorneys at Law, Bayu has professional experience in legal analyst of MUC Consulting Group, and constantly keeps abreast of various legal researches and transactions dealing with development, protection, licensing, and exploitation in all areas of the rapidly changing fields of technology and intellectual property.

He gained his Law Degree from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. He is member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He has attended international discussion and symposium in many countries, various training programs, colloquia, and seminars in the fields of mining, energy, natural resources, and foreign investment. He speaks fluent English and Indonesian.

Sugianto is a former tax auditor at the Tax Audit and Investigation Office (Karikpa) for over ten years. Due to his expertise in the area of taxation, accounting, and finance, he was appointed as a member of Economic and Financial Consultant Team to the Indonesian Parliament, in the compilation of “New Tax Laws 2000” and “New Tax Bill 2007”.

Strengthen by his experience in the Indonesian bureaucracy Sugianto has constantly developed good relationship with government institutions. He has reputable expertise in representing clients for dispute settlement in the tax court. He is frequently invited as speaker for various taxation seminars and workshops.

He gained his Master Degree of Accounting from the University of Indonesia (MAKSI UI), majoring in Taxation, to complete his Diploma in Taxation from the State Accounting College (STAN), Jakarta. He also holds the top level of Tax Consultant Certificate (Brevet C).

Riesky Pracasya has experience in handling corporate matters, construction, foreign investment, and employment. His experience lies with the preparation of legal documentations concerning legal due diligence of various companies, legal research, legal memorandum, and other documentations related to the fields. His expertise is strengthened by his experience as legal counsel in Farhat Abbas & Rekan specializing in litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution before joining A&B Attorneys at Law. During his work in the firm, he handled various cases and involving in numerous negotiations and dispute settlements.

He gained his Law Degree from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. He also has graduated from Profession Education for Advocate organized by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He has attended various training programs, colloquia, and seminars in the fields of corporate law, construction, foreign investment, and employment. He speaks fluent English and Indonesian.

Mohamad Amin assists and supports our lawyers in accomplishment of various transactions, especially in obtaining licenses related to our clients' line of business. His experience lies with the assistance of preparation of legal documentations concerning investment application and reports, legal research, license revocation, and other documentations related to the fields, and also maintaining our good relationship with any government agency.

Before joining A&B Attorneys at Law, Mohamad Amin worked as legal assistance in Emi Susilowati Notary Public in Jakarta. During his work in the notary office, he assisted the preparation of legal documentation and submission of any application in respect of foreign investment, business licenses, and reports.
